Instead Hellas, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus should have gotten together on their own accord. They should spread a fake discourse for the world/public about preserving peace in the Balkans. But their internal discourse should make it clear that all these states are getting together to intervene in the Balkans against muslim-partial muslim state entity like Kosovo, BIH, in the future Turkey will start seperatist crap with Bulgaria, etc. from spreading in the Balkans.
